Holly is an Idaho native raised in Rigby, ID and graduated from Rigby High School. From a young age Holly trained intensely in ballet at Idaho Falls School of Ballet and went on to dance professionally with Ballet Idaho in Boise, ID. Holly then pursued a passion for medicine and attended Idaho State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to complete her physician assistant training through Idaho State University Physician Assistant program earning a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining Leavitt Women’s Healthcare Holly worked in family medicine in Emmett, ID.

Holly is licensed with the Idaho Board of Medicine, Idaho Board of Pharmacy, and the DEA. Holly is also a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Examiner by the Federal Motor Carriers Association to complete DOT physical exams. Holly is an NCCPA certified Physician Assistant. She is also ACLS and BLS certified. When she's not working, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
